“I know something’s gotta change, but I’m not sure where to start…”

If you’re looking to make changes to your health and fitness, you might also be thinking:

I want to feel better in my body and be more confident in what it can do.

I’m overwhelmed with where to start and need a personalised plan.

I need someone to keep me accountable and motivated.”

If this resonates with you, remember that change is gradual. One small step at a time.

“If I only to do one thing about my health and fitness today, what can I do?”

Take a small step and reach out. Here’s how it works:

1. Contact me via Instagram (@_good_vibes_movement_) to discuss your interests and goals. I’ll help you to refine your goals.

2. Next, we might do a free fitness assessment of where you’re at in relation to your goals.

3. I’ll suggest the next steps to take, and it will be up to you to choose a package that best suits you. Training is done remotely using an app / WhatsApp and is possible in-person, but is location-dependant (I’m based in Split, Croatia).
